About AYRA
The Arcadia Youth Rodeo Association was created in 2008 when a small group of teens got together to convince the Board of Directors of the Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo that they needed a youth organization. What started with a lot of heart and passion, and a small youth membership has grown over the past five years into one of the top youth rodeo organizations in the State of Florida.
Today our organization boasts over 140 members competing in 14 different events; they hail from all over the state and have included youth from Canada and Mexico.
Our Membership allocation for the 2025-2026 season has been fulfilled.
Thank you very much for your amazing support.
We want to make this Association’s Rodeos the best possible experience for our young Cowboys and Cowgirls, and we need your help accomplishing that.
We encourage everyone to sign up as a volunteer and be part of this amazing experience.

CALL IN AND CALL OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You must have an active EquestEvent account in order to Call-In.

A link to the Call In and Call Out Forms will be available on this page during the dates and times specified below.
The form can be submitted on any computer or smart phone any time during the dates and times specified below.
CALL IN Instructions
You must have an active EquestEvent account in order to Call-In.
CALL IN for the March 28th Rodeo will open on Monday March 2nd at 12:00AM and will close on Monday March 16th at Midnight.
The CALL IN button will redirect you to the EquestEvent Portal.
LATE CALL IN /$100 FEE PER CONTESTANT
Will open on Tuesday February 17th at 12:00AM and will close at Midnight (24hrs.)
(late fee will be determined by EquestEvent TIMESTAMP)
CALL OUT Instructions
CALL OUT for the March 28th Rodeo will be open on Friday March 20th from 8:00AM until 5:00PM
