About AYRA
The Arcadia Youth Rodeo Association was created in 2008 when a small group of teens got together to convince the Board of Directors of the Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo that they needed a youth organization. What started with a lot of heart and passion, and a small youth membership has grown over the past five years into one of the top youth rodeo organizations in the State of Florida.
Today our organization boasts over 140 members competing in 14 different events; they hail from all over the state and have included youth from Canada and Mexico.

CALL IN Instructions
You must have an active EquestEvent account in order to Call-In.
CALL IN for the Top 10 Finals April 25th Rodeo will open on Monday March 30th at 12:00AM and will close on Monday April 13th at Midnight.
The CALL IN button will redirect you to the EquestEvent Portal.
LATE CALL IN /$100 FEE PER CONTESTANT
Will open on Tuesday April 14th at 12:00AM and will close at Midnight (24hrs.)
(late fee will be determined by EquestEvent TIMESTAMP)
CALL OUT Instructions
CALL OUT for the Ten Top Finals April 25th Rodeo will be open on Friday April 18th from 8:00AM until 5:00PM
