Helps cover rodeo expenses, year-end awards, Senior scholarships and much more
This sponsorship includes:
- Company logo on a flag carried by youth contestant during the Grand Entry
- Company logo signage included in the arena during the rodeo
- Company/Brand Logo mentions and promotional reads during the rodeo
- Invitation & VIP table and seating for (8) with complimentary meal tickets to the Awards Ceremony and Banquet
- Company Brand/Logo mentions and tags on AYRA social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) & AYRA website
- Sponsorship Plaque presented at the banquet
- Vendor Space for product promotion/sales for all youth rodeos
- Company/Brand Logo will be included in the Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo Program for both – March & October Rodeos
SADDLE SPONSOR $1500.00 (6 available)
We will give the previous saddle sponsors first right of refusal. If all saddle spots are filled. Your name will be put on a saddle sponsor list and moved up accordingly. Your sponsor money will be used towards the rodeo sponsorship until a saddle sponsorship is available.
This sponsorship includes:
- Your company logo engraved on one of the 6 All-Around Cowboy/Cowgirl saddles (includes All Around Buckle and Saddle Stand too)
- Company logo signage included in the arena during the rodeo
- Company/Brand Logo mentions and promotional reads during the rodeo
- Invitation & VIP table and seating for (8) complimentary meal tickets to the Awards Ceremony and Banquet
